Ingredients
- Onion - ½ heads
- Squid - 4.9 oz
- Fresh Mushrooms - 1.4 oz
- Sour Cream - 5.3 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Melted Cheese - 1.8 oz
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Clean the squid, rinse them, and cut into strips.
Step 2
In a skillet, heat a small amount of vegetable oil and add finely chopped onion. Sauté for 2 minutes until soft, then add the chopped mushrooms. Cook for another 3 minutes.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 374°F.
Step 4
In another skillet, heat a small amount of vegetable oil and sauté the squid for about 1-2 minutes. Add the onion and mushrooms, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil and transfer to small ramekins or mini skillets. Sprinkle with grated cheese and place in the oven for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
