Description

Ingredients
- Orange Bell Peppers - 2 lbs
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Herbes de Provence - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash and dry the peppers, place them on a baking sheet with the stems intact, drizzle with a little olive oil, and send them to a preheated oven at 356°F. Bake until they are slightly charred for 40–50 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
Step 2
Peel the peppers from the outer skin and seeds, cut them into strips, crush the garlic, add lemon juice, vinegar, herbs, sugar, salt (can be replaced with soy sauce), and pepper.
Step 3
Let it sit for a couple of hours.
