- Sweet Potato - 2 pieces
- Butternut Squash - 1 piece
- Butter - 3 tablespoons
- Brown Sugar - ½ cup
- Ground Nutmeg - 1 teaspoon

Preheat the oven to 374°F.
Step 2
Slice the sweet potatoes into thin pieces and place them in a bowl. Cut the acorn squash in half, remove the seeds and skin, and also slice it into thin pieces. Add it to the sweet potatoes. Add the softened butter, 0.5 teaspoons of salt, and 0.25 teaspoons of pepper. Mix well and spread into 2 baking dishes. Bake for about 25 minutes.
Step 3
Mix the brown sugar and nutmeg. Flip the vegetable pieces, sprinkle with sugar, and bake for another 35-40 minutes until golden brown and tender.
