- Parsley - 3 stems
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Breadcrumbs - 6 tablespoons

Remove the stems, cut the tomatoes in half, and scoop out the seeds with a teaspoon. Salt the resulting cavities, turn the tomatoes upside down, and let them sit for an hour.
Step 2
Place the tomatoes in a baking dish in a single layer. Mix the finely chopped garlic and parsley and distribute the mixture over the tomatoes, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, drizzle with oil, and bake for about 1 hour at 356°F. The tomatoes should become soft and fully cooked. Serve immediately in the same dish.
