Description

Ingredients

  • Fresh Mushrooms - 17.6 oz
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Olive Oil - ¼ cup
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Thyme - 6 sprigs
  • Worcestershire Sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Chopped Sage Leaves - 1 tablespoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 374°F.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine the mushrooms, thinly sliced garlic, olive oil, and pepper. Mix well and transfer to a baking dish.

Step 3

Add the thyme sprigs and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the mushrooms are golden and all the liquid has evaporated, stirring occasionally.

Step 4

Remove from the oven and add the Worcestershire sauce, chopped thyme, and salt. Mix and serve.
