- Fresh Mushrooms - 17.6 oz
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Olive Oil - ¼ cup
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Thyme - 6 sprigs
- Worcestershire Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 1 tablespoon

Preheat the oven to 374°F.

In a large bowl, combine the mushrooms, thinly sliced garlic, olive oil, and pepper. Mix well and transfer to a baking dish.
