Baked Zucchini Fritters

Ingredients

  • Zucchini - 2 pieces
  • Red Onion - 1 piece
  • Wheat Flour - ½ cup
  • Salt - ½ teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Milk - 1 fl oz
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 428°F.

Step 2

Grate the zucchini and onion.

Step 3

Place the grated mixture in a kitchen towel and squeeze out the excess juice.

Step 4

Transfer to a bowl and add flour, salt, pepper, milk, and egg. Mix thoroughly.

Step 5

Spoon small portions of the batter onto a well-greased baking dish.

Step 6

Bake for 16–20 minutes, depending on the size of the fritters. Then flip and cook for another 10 minutes until golden brown on each side.

Step 7

Serve with garlic mayonnaise or any other sauce.
