Description
Instead of dried oregano, you can use a mixture of finely chopped fresh dill and a few thyme leaves.

- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Oregano - 1 tablespoon
- Balsamic Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil - 2 spoons
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the tomatoes in a deep bowl and pour boiling water over them. After one and a half to two minutes, when the skin begins to crack, drain the hot water and rinse the tomatoes with cold water. Peel off the skin.
Step 2
Transfer the tomatoes to a bowl or a container with a tight-fitting lid. Pour in the vinegar and olive oil. Add oregano, minced garlic, and salt. Seal the lid and mix by shaking the container vigorously.
Step 3
Leave at room temperature for one to one and a half hours, shaking occasionally. Chill before serving.
