  • Bananas - 2 pieces
  • Ginger - 0.4 oz
  • Chia Seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon - a pinch
  • Nutmeg - a pinch
  • Pecans - 10 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel the bananas and place them in the freezer for an hour.

Step 2

Peel and slice a small piece of ginger.

Step 3

Peel the pumpkin and remove the seeds, cutting it into small pieces.
