- Panko breadcrumbs - 1.8 oz
- Tikka Masala - 0.4 oz
- Salt - 0.4 oz
- Barbecue sauce - 1 fl oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - 0.2 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 17 fl oz

Step 1
Cut the wings into segments. Then prepare the breading from the panko and tandoori mix.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a saucepan, coat the wings in the prepared mixture, and fry them in the oil.
Step 3
Once the wings start to float, they are almost ready. Then use a slotted spoon to transfer them to a baking sheet, drizzle with sriracha sauce, add the butter, and mix.
Step 4
Next, place them in the oven for 10 minutes at 356°F.

When serving, you can sprinkle with fresh cilantro and sesame seeds.
