  • Marinated cherries - 12.3 oz
  • Dill - 1.8 oz
  • Pearl barley - 7.1 oz
  • Citrus Zest Mix - 1 tablespoon
  • Feta cheese - 6.3 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Finely chop the dill.

Step 2

Grate the lemon zest. Place the tomatoes in a bowl along with the chopped dill and zest, then add olive oil, half a teaspoon of salt, and ground black pepper. Let the dressing sit for ten minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the pearl barley in salted water until tender.
