- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 fl oz
- Citrus Zest Mix - 1 teaspoon
- Scallions - 1 bunch
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon

Rinse the chicken legs and pat dry with a paper towel. Remove excess fat from the chicken legs and pierce them with a knife in the thickest part. Marinate the legs overnight. For the marinade, mix the orange juice, lemon juice, zest, vegetable oil, green onions, and salt.
Step 2
Prepare and preheat the barbecue. Grill on a hot rack for 15-20 minutes, constantly brushing the chicken legs with the marinade.
