- Beans - 3 cups
- Onion - 2 heads
- Celery salt - 1 piece
- Parsley - 1 piece
- Turnips - 4 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 6 tablespoons
- Safflower Oil - 0.8 cups
- Parsley - 1.4 oz
- Water - 1 qt
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the prepared beans. Dice the onion, celery root, parsley root, and carrots, and cook until tender, then puree.
Step 2
Sift the flour, sauté it in sunflower oil, dilute with the broth, and combine with the pureed vegetables. Add salt and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Step 3
When serving, sprinkle the soup with finely chopped parsley. Serve with croutons.
