Ingredients

  • Onion - 1 head
  • Salad Potatoes - 4 pieces
  • Carrot - to taste
  • Semi-Smoked Sausage - to taste
  • Olives stuffed with lemon - to taste
  • Canned Baby Beets - 1 can
  • Passata Tomato Sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Herbs - to taste
  • Sour Cream - to taste
  • Garlic - to taste
  • Lemon - to taste
  • Veal with Marrow Bone - 1 piece
  • Pickles - 3 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Once the meat is cooked, remove it and cut it into pieces.

Step 2

Add diced potatoes, sautéed carrots with onions, chopped smoked meats, meat from the bone, pickles, beans, olives, tomato paste, salt, and pepper to the broth.

Step 3

Serve the finished solyanka in bowls, adding herbs, lemon, garlic, and sour cream.
