Ingredients
- Beef - 7.1 oz
- Morels - 8.8 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Cream - 3 fl oz
- Cheese Spread - 5.3 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Nutmeg - 5 teaspoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the beef into small pieces and boil in slightly salted water.
Step 2
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan and add the chopped mushrooms — fry until they release their juice.
Step 3
Chop the onion and add it to the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
Step 4
Fry until the onion becomes translucent.
Step 5
Add the boiled pieces of beef to the mushrooms and onions, mix, and fry for another 5 minutes.
Step 6
Melt the butter and add 2 tablespoons of flour — mix well.
Step 7
Gradually pour in the cream while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
Step 8
Bring the sauce to a boil, remove from heat, and add 0.5 teaspoon of ground nutmeg, mixing well.
Step 9
Place the beef and mushroom mixture into the ramekins.
Step 10
Add a pinch of grated cheese to each ramekin and gently mix everything.
Step 11
Pour the sauce into the ramekins so that it covers the mushrooms and beef, sprinkling with grated cheese.
Step 12
Place the ramekins with the julien in a preheated oven at 356°F for 15 minutes until golden brown.
