Description
You can also add celery to this soup. I skipped it (for some reason we don't really like it), but it didn't affect the taste of the dish at all!
Ingredients
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Courgette - 1⅕ pieces
- Asparagus - 1.8 oz
- Frozen green bean pods - 1.8 oz
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Parsley - 1⅕ bunches
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- White Pepper (whole) - to taste
- Mild Chili Spice - 1⅕ pieces
- Soy Sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Pork chop with bone - 10.6 oz
- Leek - 1⅕ pieces
- Pickled Chanterelles - 4 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the beef, cover with cold water, and boil in a deep pot for two hours.
Step 2
30 minutes before it's ready, add the bay leaf and whole pepper to the broth.
Step 3
Remove the meat from the broth and cut it into pieces.
Step 4
Chop the vegetables coarsely.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper, sauté in olive oil, and add the chili pepper.
Step 6
Carefully place the sautéed vegetables in a deep dish, add the boiled meat, and pour hot broth over it.
Step 7
Add soy sauce and finely chopped parsley.
