- Beef - 17.6 oz
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Apple Wine - 2 fl oz
- Honey - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Nutmeg - to taste
- Grated Ginger Root - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rub the piece of beef with salt, pepper, ginger, nutmeg, and crushed garlic.
Step 2
Dissolve the honey in the wine.
Step 3
Lay out foil on a baking tray, place the meat on it, and pour the wine over it.
Step 4
Cover the meat with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for one and a half hours (about 15-20 minutes before the end, you can remove the foil on top).
Step 5
Let the meat cool (in the oven) and serve cold. It is convenient to slice the meat into portioned pieces and drizzle with the remaining liquid on the tray.
