Beef Liver Balls

Ingredients

  • Beef Kidneys - 7.1 oz
  • Large eggs - 3 pieces
  • Cheese Spread - 10.6 oz
  • Herbs - 10.6 oz
  • 10% cream - 7.1 oz
  • Salt - 0.2 oz
  • Eel - 1 bunch

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the liver until cooked. Cool and grate.

Step 2

Boil the eggs hard. Grate.

Step 3

Finely chop the herbs, divide into three parts (1 for the liver; 1 for the cheese; 1 for sprinkling).

Step 4

Grate 100 grams of cheese on a fine grater.

Step 5

Grate 200 grams of cheese on a coarse grater. Add part of the chopped herbs and place in a deep bowl.

Step 6

Mix the liver, egg, herbs, sour cream, salt, and finely grated cheese. From this mixture, roll balls of any size you prefer. Roll each ball in the coarsely grated cheese. Place on a plate and refrigerate for a while.

Step 7

Garnish the plate with lettuce leaves, place the balls on them, and sprinkle with herbs.
