- Beef - 17.6 oz
- Water - 2 qt
- Salad Potatoes - 26.5 oz
- Onion - 2 heads
- Turnips - 2 pieces
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the broth with the meat.
Step 2
Cut the onion into strips and sauté it.
Step 3
Cut the meat into pieces, sauté it, mix it with the sautéed onion, add diced carrots, tomato paste, and sauté for another 5 minutes.
Step 4
Then place everything in a pot, pour in the broth, and bring to a boil. Add the potatoes cut into wedges, salt, pepper, and cook for 15–20 minutes.
