Ingredients
- Soy Sauce - 2 fl oz
- Lamb Neck Fillet - 28.2 oz
- Cilantro - 1.8 oz
- Orange zest - 2 spoons
- Fish Oil - 4 spoons
- Brown Sugar - 1½ spoons
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 3 cloves
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Blend soy sauce, cilantro, orange zest, fish sauce, sugar, oil, and garlic together in a blender. Cut the beef into thin strips, about 5 mm thick and 2 cm wide. Mix with the marinade in a bowl. Let it rest for four hours.
Step 2
Preheat the grill. Thread the meat onto wooden skewers and grill for five minutes, turning once during cooking. Serve immediately. It's best to soak the skewers in water for half an hour beforehand to prevent them from burning on the grill. Alternatively, you can use metal skewers.
