Ingredients
- Beef - 4.4 oz
- Beetroot - 7.1 oz
- Clarified Butter - 0.5 oz
- Wheat Flour - 0.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the broth and strain it. Cut the cooked meat into pieces.
Step 2
Sauté the julienned beetroot in butter until it becomes soft.
Step 3
Separately, toast the flour (the flour should take on a yellow color) and then dilute it with the strained broth, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
Step 4
After that, pour the diluted flour into the remaining broth, add the prepared beetroot, pieces of meat, salt, pepper, and cook the soup for 8–10 minutes.
Step 5
Serve the soup, garnished with parsley.
