Ingredients
- Beef - 4.4 oz
- Onion - 0.7 oz
- Wheat Flour - 0.1 oz
- Clarified Butter - 0.4 oz
- Paste - 0.5 oz
- Potato - 3.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the beef to make broth and strain it.
Step 2
Cut the meat into pieces. Add the chopped meat, sautéed onion, and coarsely chopped potato to the strained broth.
Step 3
Add the sautéed flour diluted with broth and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 4
After that, add the crushed and strained plum paste, salt, and pepper to the soup.
Step 5
Cook until the potatoes are done.
Step 6
Serve the soup, garnished with parsley.
