Ingredients
- Beef - 4.4 oz
- Onion - 0.9 oz
- Clarified Butter - 0.4 oz
- Potato - 3.5 oz
- Quince - 3.5 oz
- Sugar - 0.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Strain the beef broth, and cut the meat into pieces.
Step 2
Without peeling, cut the quince into pieces and cook separately with sugar.
Step 3
In the hot strained broth, add finely chopped onion sautéed in butter, cooked quince with its juice, pieces of meat, coarsely chopped potato, salt, pepper, and cook the soup until the potato is fully cooked.
Step 4
Serve the soup, sprinkled with parsley.
