Ingredients
- Beef - 4.4 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1.1 oz
- Onion - 0.9 oz
- Carrot - 0.7 oz
- Clarified Butter - 0.4 oz
- Plums - 0.4 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the meat broth.
Step 2
During cooking, add the peeled carrot cut into four pieces.
Step 3
Strain the finished broth.
Step 4
Add the pre-soaked wheat groats to the broth and cook until done.
Step 5
After that, add finely chopped and sautéed onion, soaked dried plums (plum), season with salt, and bring to a boil.
Step 6
Serve the soup, garnished with parsley.
Step 7
Serve the meat separately.
