Description

  • Cornichons - 1.8 oz
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Olive Oil - to taste
  • Whole egg - 1 piece
  • Balsamic Vinegar - to taste
  • Dijon Mustard - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Sourdough Bread - 2 pieces
  • Soy Sauce - to taste
  • Lamb Neck Fillet - 1 piece

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Finely chop the beef with a knife.

Step 2

Chop the onion, capers, and cornichons.

Step 3

Mix everything with the beef and add a little olive oil, salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar.

Step 4

In a separate bowl, mix the yolk, soy sauce, mustard, and olive oil (add the oil gradually).

Whisk the vinaigrette until thick.

Toast the bread, cut into triangles (you can trim the crusts if desired).

Form the beef on a plate and drizzle with the vinaigrette, then add pepper.
