- Bulgogi Sauce - 2.8 oz
- "Wasabi Sesame Seasoning" - 0.3 oz
- Dried Nori Seaweed - 0.3 oz
- Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
- Korean Black Garlic - 1.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the veal thinly and dress it with olive oil and kimchi sauce.
Step 2
Coarsely chop the hazelnuts and add them to the meat. Add the fermented garlic, sesame seeds with wasabi, and mix well.
Step 3
Place the meat on a plate, mix in a little bit of nori chips with wasabi, garnish the dish with the remaining chips, and serve.
