  • Activated Baking Soda - a pinch
  • Pink Himalayan Salt - a pinch
  • Erythritol - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive Oil - to taste
  • Beetroot - 6 tablespoons
  • Sour Cream - to taste

Crack 2 large eggs into a deep bowl.
