Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Kefir - 7 fl oz
- Corn Starch - 2.1 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - a pinch
- Pink Himalayan Salt - a pinch
- Erythritol - 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil - to taste
- Beetroot - 6 tablespoons
- Sour Cream - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Crack 2 large eggs into a deep bowl.
Step 2
Pour in the kefir.
Step 3
Add the cornstarch.
Step 4
Add the baking soda.
Step 5
Add the salt.
Step 6
Pour in the beet juice.
Step 7
Mix with a whisk or mixer.
Step 8
Add the erythritol. Mix thoroughly.

Heat oil in a pan. Pour the mixture into the pan in portions.
Step 10
When the bottom side is golden brown, flip and reduce the heat. Cook for another 2 minutes.
