Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 4 pieces
- Beetroot - 1 piece
- Herring - 2 pieces
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Toasted Sesame - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the small potatoes and mash them with a fork.
Step 2
Boil a small beetroot and grate it.
Step 3
Finely chop the lightly salted herring.
Step 4
Mix the potatoes and beetroot until the color is uniform, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Take a portion the size of a dessert or tablespoon, make a small indentation, place a bit of herring inside, and shape it into an oval resembling a strawberry.
Step 6
Make a strawberry stem from parsley leaves and insert it into the wider side, lightly sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Step 7
The strawberry is ready.
