Chop the walnuts, mash the feta cheese with a fork. Mix the cheese and walnuts.
Step 3
Assemble the tower: place salad leaves on a plate, on the salad - a beetroot circle, on top of it - the cheese and walnut mixture, create 3-4 layers, alternating beetroot with feta, top with a little pesto, drizzle with olive oil, and garnish with half a walnut.
