Beetroot Roll with Herring

Ingredients

  • Beetroot - 8.8 oz
  • Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Wheat Flour - 2.8 oz
  • Fillet of Sturgeon - 3 pieces
  • Semi-soft cream cheese - 10.6 oz
  • Scallions - 4 stalks
  • Dijon Mustard - 2 teaspoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Prepare all the ingredients.

Boil the beetroot in advance, peel it, and grate it on a fine grater.

Separate the eggs into whites and yolks.

Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites and beat with a mixer until stable peaks form.

Add the yolks to the beetroot and mix with a spatula.
