Ingredients
- Beef - 10.6 oz
- Turnips - 2 pieces
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Beans - 3.5 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Water - 2 qt
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- White Cabbage - ½ head
- Beetroot - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the beef broth (beef, 1 carrot, 1 onion, bay leaf). Add the carrot and onion 20 minutes after boiling starts, season with salt and pepper, and cook for another 5–10 minutes.
Step 2
Remove the meat. I cook the beans separately (40–50 minutes).
Step 3
Grate the beetroot and add it to the pot. Cook for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Add diced potatoes. Cook for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Prepare the sauté: grate the second carrot, chop the onion, season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Add the cabbage to the broth. Cook for 5 minutes.
Step 7
Add the sauté and tomato paste. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 8
Cut the meat into cubes and return it to the pot.
