  • Sour Cream - 5 tablespoons
  • Fresh Berries - 17.6 oz
  • Water - 2 cups

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Sort the fresh berries (strawberries, wild strawberries, raspberries), rinse them, drain in a sieve, and puree.

Step 2

Add sugar to boiling water, stir, and strain. Cool the syrup and mix it with the berry puree.

Step 3

Serve the cold soup with sour cream and vanilla cookies.
