Description
You can use fresh or frozen strawberries. Other berries can be chosen from blueberries, blackberries, or raspberries, also fresh or frozen. When using frozen berries, you may need less liquid.
Ingredients
- Strawberries - 1.8 oz
- Blueberries - 1.8 oz
- Banana - 1 piece
- Skim Milk - 8 fl oz
- Oat flakes - 1.4 oz
- Vanilla Sugar - ½ teaspoon
- Honey - to taste
- Sunflower Seeds - to taste
- Almonds - to taste
- Blackberries - 1.8 oz
- Raspberries - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Blend strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries with banana, milk, oatmeal, and vanilla sugar until smooth.
Step 2
If not sweet enough, add a teaspoon of honey and mix well.
Step 3
Pour into a deep bowl.
Step 4
Chop the almonds coarsely with a knife.
Step 5
Sprinkle the resulting soup with nuts, seeds, and oat flakes.
Step 6
Garnish with berries or thinly sliced fruits.
