  • Frozen black currant puree - 2 cups
  • Beans - 1 piece
  • Nectarines - 6 pieces
  • Oranges - 6 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Juice the oranges.

Step 2

Remove the stems from the black currants.

Step 3

Chop the banana into large pieces.

Step 4

Remove the pits from the nectarines and chop them into large pieces.

Step 5

Place everything in a blender and blend on high speed for about 5 minutes.

Step 6

Then strain through a sieve to remove the currant seeds.
