- Venere Rice - 9.9 oz
- Chicken Broth - 1 qt
- Shallot - 2 pieces
- Romano beans - 14.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Curry - to taste
- Olive Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the vegetable broth.
Step 2
Place the rice in a saucepan, cover it with part of the broth so that all the rice is submerged. Cook over medium heat, adding broth as it evaporates and stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Meanwhile, in a deep skillet, sauté the dry beans with chopped shallots, salt, and curry in oil.
Step 4
After 10 minutes, add the contents of the skillet to the rice, continuing to cook while adding broth in portions.
Step 5
After 45 minutes of cooking the rice, take one ladle of the risotto and blend it in a separate bowl with an immersion blender. Add it back to the risotto.
