- Black Rowan - 8.8 oz
- Cherry - 7.1 oz
- Sugar - 24.7 oz
- Vodka - 17 fl oz
- Water - 1 qt
- Citric Acid - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Take the black rowan berries, cherry leaves, and water, and boil for 10–15 minutes. Let it steep for 10–12 hours.
Step 2
Strain the mixture. Add sugar to the liquid and boil until fully dissolved. Cool to a temperature of warm milk, then add citric acid and vodka.
Step 3
Mix well and pour into bottles. It will be ready in 2 weeks. The longer it steeps, the better it will be.
