Cut the broccoli rabe into small pieces and plunge them into boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes until tender but still slightly crisp. Drain and dry well.

Step 2

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add the chili flakes, cooking until they become fragrant. Add the broccoli rabe and 0.5 teaspoons of salt, sautéing and stirring for about 2 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
