  • Garlic - 2 cloves

Step 1

Tear the leaves from the stems and wash them well.

In boiling salted water, cook for 3–4 minutes, then drain, squeeze out the water by hand, and chop. To turn the blanched Swiss chard into a complete side dish, sauté the chopped herbs in butter with minced garlic and black pepper for 3–4 minutes.
