- Soy Vanilla Milk - 1 cup

Thaw the blueberries on the top shelf of the refrigerator, or you can use them frozen for a colder smoothie.
Step 2
Juice half a lime and 4 oranges; if you prefer a tarter flavor, you can use a whole lime.
Step 3
Peel the banana and cut it into large pieces.
Step 4
Place the blueberries, banana, juice, and add the oat flakes and a cup of rice milk (you can substitute with regular milk).
