Ingredients

  • Beef tongue - 45.9 oz
  • Bay leaf - 3 pieces
  • Allspice berries - 10 pieces
  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • Pasilla Pepper - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemongrass - 0.7 oz
  • Carrot - 3.9 oz
  • Celery salt - 4.4 oz
  • Onion - 6.3 oz
  • Lemon-Pepper Mix - 1 teaspoon

Place the tongue in a pot.

Cover with clean water.

Bring to a boil and skim off the foam. Reduce heat to medium. Cook for 1 hour.
