Description
Boiled Beef with Horseradish Sauce
Ingredients
- Veal Tenderloin - 17.6 oz
- Chicken Broth - 8 fl oz
- Sour Cream - 2 cans
- Grated Ginger Root - 1 tablespoon
- Pickles - 3.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Chopped Sage Leaves - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the beef into thin pieces and place it in a deep skillet. Pour in the broth, cover, and cook over low heat for about 40 minutes, until the meat is tender and has absorbed most of the broth. If the broth evaporates too soon, add more broth or water.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the sour cream, horseradish, and chopped pickles.
Step 3
Transfer the cooked meat to a serving dish, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with parsley. You can also add gherkins or pickled tomatoes to the dish.
Step 4
Serve with horseradish sauce. Enjoy your meal!
