Ingredients
- Scallions - 3 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 2 teaspoons
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
- Grated Ginger Root - 1 teaspoon
- Baby Bok Choy - 7.1 oz
- Soy Sauce - to taste
- Toasted Sesame - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat a pot. Pour in the oil and coat the sides of the pot, add finely chopped green onions, garlic, grated ginger, and sliced chili without seeds. Sauté for 1–2 minutes.
Step 2
Add the bok choy, stir-fry, then add 2 tablespoons of water. Reduce the heat and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Step 3
Drizzle with soy sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and mix well. Transfer to a serving dish and serve.
