- Carrot - 3.5 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 2.8 oz
- Garlic - 0.4 oz
- Water - 2 qt
- Parsley - to taste
- Dill - to taste
- Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the meat, then cut it along with the onion, beetroot, carrot, cabbage, and potatoes into strips of 0.5x3 cm.
Step 2
Chop the garlic and herbs with a knife.
Step 3
Place all the ingredients in the multicooker bowl, pour in the water, add salt, spices, tomato paste, and mix.
Step 4
Press the 'Menu' button to select the 'Soup' program. Press the 'Set/Timer' button, and using the 'Hour' and 'Min' buttons, set the cooking time to 1 hour 30 minutes. Press the 'Start/Heat' button.
Step 5
Cook until the program ends.

Sprinkle the finished borscht with chopped herbs.
