Ingredients
- Meat - 3 lbs
- Beetroot - 2 pieces
- White Cabbage - 0.5 pieces
- Carrot - 2 pieces
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Lemon - 0.5 pieces
- Garlic - 2 heads
- Salad Potatoes - 5 pieces

Wash the meat, cover with cold water, and bring to a boil.

Drain the first broth, quickly rinse the meat with cold water, and cover with water again.
