Ingredients
- Meat - 5.3 oz
- Butter - 0.2 oz
- Sour Cream - 1.1 oz
- Yellow Beets - 3.5 oz
- Onion - 0.5 oz
- White Cabbage - 5.3 oz
- Celery salt - 0.4 oz
- Parsley - 0.7 oz
- Parsley - 0.2 oz
- Water - 13 fl oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 0.4 oz
- Vinegar essence - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide

Cook the meat broth.
Step 2
Shred the peeled beets into noodles, pour in 1–2 liters of cold water, add vinegar, and let it steep for 2 hours (changing the water twice during this time).
Step 3
Chop the peeled onion, parsley, and celery, sauté them in butter along with the tomato paste, add the soaked beets, 1/2 cup of broth, and simmer covered for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Then add the shredded cabbage and the stewed beets to the strained broth and cook until fully done. Serve with a piece of meat, sour cream, and chopped herbs.
