Ingredients
- White bread - 7.1 oz
- Tomatoes - 17.6 oz
- Yogurt powder - 3.5 oz
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Balsamic Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the bread in water.
Step 2
Peel the tomatoes, combine with the bread, and blend in a blender. Add vinegar, sugar, and yogurt. Mix well.
Step 3
Chop the onion and pour boiling water over it. Add to the soup. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Grate the cucumbers on a coarse grater and add to the soup.
Step 5
Dice one cucumber and one tomato and add to the soup. Sprinkle with chopped herbs.
