Ingredients
- Rice - 0.9 oz
- Potato - 3.5 oz
- Onion - ½ head
- Carrot - 0.7 oz
- Celery salt - 0.4 oz
- Clarified Butter - 0.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Cilantro - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Add the rinsed and sorted rice to boiling salted water.
Step 2
Add the sautéed root vegetables (carrot, celery) and onion.
Step 3
Peel, rinse, and dice the potato. Add it to the soup.
Step 4
Cook the soup until the rice is ready.
Step 5
Serve, sprinkled with chopped herbs.
