  • Brie cheese - 1 head
  • Ground Black Pepper - ½ teaspoon
  • Olive Oil - 2 teaspoons
  • Frozen black currant puree - 1.4 oz
  • Erythritol - 1 teaspoon
  • Red Wine Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
  • Basil - to taste

Place the brie cheese in a baking dish.

Carefully cut the cheese in a grid pattern. It is important not to cut all the way through the brie. Sprinkle the cheese with ground black pepper.
