Ingredients
- Brie cheese - 4.4 oz
- Honeysuckle - 0.9 oz
- 20% Sour Cream - 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil - 1 teaspoon
- Arugula - 2.6 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
- Chili Flakes - a pinch
- Thyme - 1 sprig
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Make cuts on top of the cheese, not reaching the bottom.
Step 2
Line a baking dish with foil, place the cheese in it, and drizzle with olive oil.
Step 3
Send it to a preheated oven at 356°F for 12 minutes.
Step 4
Crush the berries with a spoon, add sour cream, and mix.
Step 5
Once the cheese is ready, take it out of the oven and season with black pepper.
Step 6
Rinse the arugula well.
Step 7
Arrange the greens on a plate and place the cheese on top.
Step 8
Spread the cheese with the berry sauce, and also add it to the greens.
Step 9
Season with chili flakes.
Step 10
Remove the leaves from the thyme sprig and sprinkle them over the dish.

Add a few berries on top, make a cut in the cheese so it melts, and serve.
