Brie Cheese with Cherries and Honey

Ingredients

  • Butter - 0.2 oz
  • Brie cheese - 4.4 oz
  • Marinated cherries - 6 pieces
  • Red Grape Juice - 2 fl oz
  • Flaky sea salt - a pinch
  • Mixed Ground Peppers - a pinch
  • Honey - 1 teaspoon
  • Tarragon - ½ sprig

Grease a small baking dish with butter.

Place the brie cheese in it and make shallow cuts.

Chop the cherries into small pieces.

Heat the red wine in a pan over medium heat.

Add salt and pepper.

Cover the brie cheese with foil and place it in a preheated oven at 356°F for 15 minutes.

Warm the wine, stirring occasionally.

As soon as the wine starts to simmer slightly, add the cherries. Simmer for another 3 minutes with the lid on.
