Description
They can be served warm with sour cream or cold.
Ingredients
- Broccoli - 15.9 oz
- Cauliflower - 450 pieces
- Semolina - 5 teaspoons
- Wheat Flour - 4 spoons
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Lemon-Pepper Mix - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
If the broccoli and cabbage are frozen, thaw them as they will be soft. If these ingredients are fresh and have not been frozen, you should boil them for about 10 minutes in salted water.
Step 2
Next, chop the mixture, but not until it becomes pureed. The pieces should be about the size of a half pea.
Step 3
Add 2 egg yolks, flour, semolina, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Whisk the egg whites until they form a stiff white cream, then gently fold them into the meat mixture using a wooden spatula (!!!). Carefully mix everything together and let it sit for about 7–10 minutes, allowing the semolina to swell and ensuring a good binding between all the ingredients.
Step 5
Next, place a skillet over heat, pour in some oil, and shape the mixture into balls with your hands. Place them in the skillet and flatten them to form patties. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
